Just to let you know that our (Mart Stam Delta) chairs arrived today and I'm delighted with them. They are exactly the same as the ones we bought in Harrods and are replacing, excellent quality and a better design on the plastic feet on the chairs. The customer service from Design Icons was second to none. The order was processed quickly and our Desalto Sand chairs arrived on time. We would definitely use Design Icons again. Thought I'd just let you know that my clients were delighted with the furniture and that the delivery guys were very helpful. Look forward to further orders. Love the (Barcelona) chairs and (Barcelona) bench, really super. My sitting room looks stunning! The delivery men were very helpful, prompt, polite and a credit to their company. Just to say that we took delivery of the chairs yesterday, as promised they arrived before Christmas. We are delighted with the (New York) dining chairs, comfortable and stylish and they look great against a modern oak table. Although the cord fabric was unseen by us it matched the curtains really well. Congratulations on providing a first rate competitive service. The first date offered came very quickly after the chairs were collected, but when I was forced to decline this date your couriers were quick to oblige with an alternative. On the appointed day they appeared on time, following a courtesy call to let me know when they would arrive, and the guys themselves were friendly and polite – which always makes a big difference. I can honestly say I am amazed by the quality of the chair supplied by design icons. The leather is of a high grade and the veneer used is real rosewood, unlike many other chairs I looked at which use rosewood "effect" finishes. Just to confirm safe delivery of the BRNO chair today by courier. Thanks for your efficiency and pleasant business manner. I must say that the chairs are absolutely beautiful. They met every description outlined in the website pictures, descriptions and our conversations. The packing was well done. The leather very nice and the chrome frames are superbly polished and formed. The slightly curved back cushion and seamless corners are some of the finer details that many reproductions fail to posses. |
