WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

On the product page for each item, you'll see a delivery estimate. e.g. 3-4 weeks. This estimate indicates how long it takes to come into our warehouse and go though our quality procedure. Below you’ll find more information on the delivery process and how long after it arrives into our warehouse, you should expect delivery.

ORDERS UNDER £100 - £9.95 - DELIVERED BY UK COURIER

Delivery will happen within 72 hours of goods arriving into our warehouse. On the day of delivery you will get an SMS text message and or email letting you know that delivery will take place between 9:00 and 17:00. If you are not there to take delivery, a card will be left and you will be able to re-arrange delivery or collect the product(s) from your local post office at your convenience. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away.

ORDERS UNDER £350 - £34.95 - DELIVERY & INSTALLATION (subject to postcode)

Once the goods have arrived into the warehouse our delivery team will contact you within 7-14 working days to propose a delivery date and time frame, you can let them know if its not convenient and reschedule. On the arranged date our delivery team will deliver your goods to a room of your choice, assemble the item(s) and remove all packaging. Delivery to postcodes AB,DD,DG,EH,FK,G,TD,KA,KW,KY,ML,PA,PH,IV are subject to a delivery charge of £100 for this service.

ORDERS OVER £350 - FREE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION (subject to postcode)

CLICK & COLLECT - LONDON / MANCHESTER

You can choose to collect your goods from either our Manchester store or our London warehouse. Selecting this option entitles you to a 5% discount. To take advantage of this service please contact us on 0845 241 3500.

WHAT IF IT DOES NOT FIT?

It is your responsibility to check that the furniture you have purchased can be delivered to your property. We recommend that you measure the entrance, the route by which the item will enter the property and the space that it will occupy. In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to access problems then we will charge for storage and re-delivery as necessary. In the event that goods have been made to order and they cannot be delivered for this reason we cannot offer a refund so please check your measurements carefully.

WHAT IF IT IS DAMAGED?

If you are dissatisfied with your delivery in anyway, are missing any items or notice any visible damage to your goods please note this on the paperwork you will be asked to sign and contact our sales team on 0845 241 3500. If you are unable to check goods fully at time of delivery please open and fully check your order within 3 (three) working days of receiving it and notify us within this time scale if goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit. If you do not notify us of a fault or damage within the first 3 days we will be unable to offer repair or replacement.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE ON DELIVERY DAY?

In the unlikely event that you are not present or available to receive your goods during the agreed time slot, or cancel the delivery once the goods are out for delivery, a re-delivery charge not exceeding the initial cost of delivery may be incurred. IF I ORDER SEVERAL ITEMS, WILL THEY BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, in order to offer the best possible price for our goods our prices are based on the complete order been delivered at the same time. We can part ship orders however this maybe subject to an extra delivery charge. For help call 0845 241 3500

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

It is possible to change the delivery address as long as your goods have not already shipped. For help call 0845 241 3500.
