All of our products have been hand selected with that in mind. We provide a five year limited warranty on our Bauhaus furniture range for all faults in manufacturing or material. Within this time Design Icons will substitute any defective part, or if this should not be possible, the whole item at no charge. Products in our Contemporary Collection are covered by a one year guarantee against defects of production and/or materials. All warranties exclude damage resulting from scratches, misuse, normal wear and tear, use of improper cleaning agents and outdoor use when not specified.

Thanks so much for organizing delivery of the Eames chair. Against all the odds, it arrived in time for Christmas and was in perfect condition. Once my dad saw it bedecked with a gold ribbon, it actually bought a tear to his eye so has to be the most successful Christmas present ever! Id better start saving to get one for myself now.

I have spent much time and effort in trying to source a good quality reproduction of the Eames chair at a sensible price. I can honestly say I am amazed by the quality of the chair supplied by design icons. The leather is of a high grade and the veneer used is real rosewood, unlike many other chairs I looked at which use rosewood "effect" finishes.

I must say that the chairs are absolutely beautiful. They met every description outlined in the website pictures, descriptions and our conversations. The packing was well done. The leather very nice and the chrome frames are superbly polished and formed. The slightly curved back cushion and seamless corners are some of the finer details that many reproductions fail to posses.
