On the details tab on each product page, you'll see a delivery estimate. e.g. 3-4 weeks. This estimate indicates how long it takes to come into our warehouse and go though our quality procedure. Below you’ll find more information on the delivery process and how long after it arrives into our warehouse, you should expect delivery.
Once the goods have arrived into the warehouse our delivery team will contact you within 7-14 working days to propose a delivery date and time frame, you can let them know if its not convenient and reschedule. On the arranged date our delivery team will deliver your goods to a room of your choice, assemble the item(s) and remove all packaging.

Delivery will happen within 48 hours of goods arriving into our warehouse. On the day of delivery you will get an SMS text message and or email letting you know that delivery will take place between 9:00 and 17:00. If you are not there to take delivery, a card will be left and you will be able to re-arrange delivery or collect the product(s) from your local post office at your convenience. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away.
Please open and check your order within 3 (three) days of receiving it and notify us within this time-scale if goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit. We will replace or repair the component part or the whole item as appropriate. In the unlikely event that the whole item is deemed faulty we will arrange to have the item collected and will arrange for a replacement to be sent, subject to inspection at our warehouse. Goods must be ready to collect in their original packaging. If you do not notify us of a fault or damage within the first 3 days we will be unable to offer repair or replacement.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you wish to cancel your order, or are not happy with your goods when you receive them and wish to return them you can, within 7 (seven) days from receipt*. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging to our warehouse in Biggleswade at your own cost. If required we can arrange for our delivery team to collect the items from you and can provide a quotation upon request. Upon inspection at our warehouse we will arrange a refund minus any collection charges. Our sales team will be happy to clarify the arrangements if you have any queries. This policy does not apply to faulty or damaged goods which are described above.
*Please note that if your items are being made to order or are a factory order we cannot accept cancellations or returns, only in the instance that the item(s) are damaged or faulty.
Regrettably, self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is deemed faulty. Items that are described as Ex-display may contain small scratches and marks. Any faults will be described in the summary and if you would like to receive additional photos we are more than happy to provide these. These items cannot be returned unless a fault is found that was not as described.
